As a Diplom-Betriebswirt and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of leadership experience, I have learned to recognize, develop and promote potentials. I have gained professional knowledge, among other things, in growth and strategy management for companies, in due diligence processes, in negotiations with banks and investors and in the purchase and sale of companies.<\/p>\n

An important focus in my life is sport. During winter, I love to go on a snow ride – from Freeride to Telemark, during the summer I enjoy my racing bicycle or bike. For me, people are at the center. With more than 20 years of experience as a human resources consultant, business coach and assessor, I develop HR strategies, support personnel development projects and carry out major cadre assessments. Coachings of executives and employees, as well as the conception and execution of management training, extend my field of activity. In addition, I am the author of an e-learning platform for more life energy & effectiveness.<\/p>\n

An integral part of my life are the four movement dimensions: strength, endurance, coordination, and agility.
